📅 Booking Policy – Fix & Care Appliance Pros

Thank you for choosing Fix & Care Appliance Pros. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following terms:

🔧 Service Call Fee

A $99 service call fee applies to all appointments. This includes a full diagnostic and evaluation of your appliance. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service call fee will be applied toward the total cost.

⏰ Scheduling & Arrival

Appointments are scheduled within a service window, not an exact arrival time. You will receive a notification when the technician is on the way.

📍 Access & Preparation

An adult (18+) must be present during the appointment. Please ensure the appliance is accessible and any pets are secured prior to arrival.

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.

💳 Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.

🛠 Repairs & Parts

If parts are required, a deposit may be needed before ordering. Remaining balances are due upon completion of the repair. Parts availability and timelines may vary.

⚠️ Additional Charges

Any additional labor or parts will be clearly explained and approved before work begins. Extra charges may apply for multiple appliances, complex repairs, or after-hours service.
